Colour was central to the Bauhaus’s vision for modern life – from painted wall murals, interior décor and party backdrops to the famous colour theory exercises led by Josef Albers, Johannes Itten and Wassily Kandinsky. This workshop opens with a seminar on colour with artist David Batchelor, followed by a Bauhaus painting workshop with Vanessa Cass, Head of Design Realisation at Guildhall School.
